For Whom

The workshops are open to pregnant women and their partners, parents, midwives, doulas, therapists, doctors, nurses, coaches, holistic practitioners, and educators.

What Happens

Each week a different topic is addressed: the overwhelm, sleep, family relations, attachment, and blood type.  At the end of each workshop, a mindful practice enables participants to go home feeling renewed, clear-headed, calm, and energized.

The Purpose
