It is important to combine breath work and movement during your preparation. There are many options to accomplish this and you should explore the best option for your pregnancy. Ask us how we can help you find the class that will prepare you for your journey. See our Classes and Workshops for some options we provide.

Many women choose to have their placenta prepared in order to assist in their recovery postpartum. The results vary from each individual, however, and we cannot guarantee specific results as with any herbal protocol. However, some feedback we have received indicates that it has a tremendous impact on energy levels, feelings of strength and overall well-being, strengthened immune system, restored sex drive, increased milk supply, emotional balancing, halting hair loss, and restoring blood hemoglobin levels back to normal.
A Doula is a person who has education and experience assisting women through the childbirth process. The best Doulas provide emotional support and physical comfort measures during labor and child delivery. We, with our best Doula services, will also help with positioning and movement, which assists in the descent of the baby and pain management for the mother. The best Doulas pay special attention to the woman during labor and will not leave them during the time of baby birth. Doulas are also aware of the memories that a woman will carry with her the child birth experience and promote a positive child birth experience.
Art of Nursing Care, Inc. / Art of Birthing Center Postpartum doulas are women who provide educational and physical support in the home after the birth of your child or children.
