Made of fresh organic herbs, our Pregnancy and Postpartum teas include red raspberry leaf, a reproductive system tonic; oatstraw, which is high in minerals and vitamins; and nettles, a nutritive herb and a female tonic. We recommend this custom blend for freshness and known organic sources.

Pregnancy Tea Instructions: Follow the instructions to make an infusion and dilute to taste. Drink throughout the day with one cup per day in the first trimester, at least 2 cups per day in the second trimester, and at least 3 cups per day in the third trimester.

Last 4-Weeks Tea Instructions: During the last four weeks, we make a tea that has alfalfa and shepherd’s purse as well as the other ingredients of pregnancy tea. During this time we recommend that you drink 3 cups daily. Consider freezing the infusion to use throughout labor. This will help keep your uterus contracting smoothly.

Postpartum Tea Instructions: Red raspberry leaf, nettles, shepherd’s purse, yellow dock and motherwort. Steep one cup for a few hours, drink freely during your postpartum period.
